About Me
I believe therapy isn’t about an expert fixing a client. It’s a conversation between two people. You already hold the strengths and insight needed for change. My job is to help you access that, to offer clarity, structure, and practical tools that support your next step forward.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and based on respect. My role is to create a space where you feel seen, not judged, and where we can make real progress together.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
Our work together is active, honest, and focused. I won’t sit in silence waiting for you to fill the space. We’ll get to the heart of what’s going on and work on it directly.
That might mean looking at anxious or critical thought patterns, learning how to manage difficult emotions more effectively, or figuring out what really matters to you not just what’s expected. Sessions are practical and structured to help you feel more confident and better equipped to move forward in your life.
